Transfer your health data seamlessly from Apple Health to Strava with the Apple Health to Strava Sync app. Once synced, conveniently access and track your fitness information on the Strava app or via your Strava.com account.

The syncing process is designed to support up to 6 fields, offering you the flexibility to select specific data categories for transfer. Should you wish to request additional field support or provide feedback, please reach out to us at support@bickster.com.

Key features of the Apple Health to Strava Sync app:

Synchronize your Apple Health app effortlessly with Health App to Strava Sync for daily access to your fitness data on the Strava platform. You can choose from various sources such as your iPhone, Apple Watch, Garmin watches, other fitness devices, or compatible walking, running, and workout apps that sync with your Apple Health.

The app automatically attempts to sync Apple Health data with Strava multiple times throughout the day. Please note the following:

<li>Background auto-sync functionality may require a few days to activate based on iOS controls.</li>
<li>For immediate syncing between your Apple Watch and Apple Health, launch the Activity app on your phone before syncing with our app.</li>
</ul>

HOW IT WORKS:

<li>Login to your Strava.com account within the Health App to Strava Sync app.</li>
<li>Select the fitness fields you wish to sync with your Strava account.</li>
<li>Initiate the syncing process by clicking the "Sync Now" button.</li>
